Lauzon’s NextStep engineered hardwood combines the beauty of real wood with a stable, multi-ply construction. Available in 3¼″ and 5³⁄₁₆″ widths, these 7/16″-thick floors feature a 3.2 mm dry-sawn hardwood wear layer and micro-beveled edges that subtly define each plank. The 3¼″ width offers a traditional appearance, with multiple board lengths reaching 47³⁄₁₆″—approximately four feet. The wider 5³⁄₁₆″ option includes lengths reaching 71″—nearly six feet—for a longer, more expansive plank look. Within the Lauzon Collection, these floors feature Lauzon’s Titanium finish for wear and scratch resistance, along with protection that helps slow natural yellowing from light exposure. Select products also incorporate Pure Genius technology, designed to help break down airborne contaminants and odors. Available textures, colors, and sheen levels vary by product, including ultra-matte options for a soft, natural appearance.
